**Addendum 2**: The Proximus/Scarlet TV decoder doesn't align well with Pi-Hole's DHCP server. After a power cut, a new lease was necessary, but ipTV failed to boot correctly. [A thread on userbase.be](https://userbase.be/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=49467&start=200) describes the same issue. The only solution I found is to temporarily re-enable your BBox's DHCP, and revert after the lease.
