Interesting, didn't know this existed. But: this seems useless if `99%` of the mentions you receive don't include a `vouch` parameter. Are we to auto-reject those? Probably not since most of those are still genuine reactions/mentions. Validity _still_ needs to be checked, even without one.
Also: just scrolling through this page again makes it painfully obvious how convoluted and complicated IndieWeb things become...
